Job summary

United Infrastructure seeks a Workplace Compliance Manager to lead compliance across our office estate. You will ensure adherence to fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, gas, electrical and security standards, while overseeing FM and M&E contractors and driving maintenance KPIs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate holds IWFM or equivalent FM qualification and IOSH, with proven multi-site compliance experience, strong communication, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace compliance across multiple sites.
• Strong contractor management and audit capabilities.
• Knowledge of asbestos, fire safety and utilities regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong SHEQ culture and zero-harm mindset.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across policies and procedures.
• Carry out site audits, inspections and safety tours.
• Own and develop asbestos procedures.
• Support ISO audits and maintain documentation.
• Monitor data to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead incident investigations as SME.
• Guide site teams and participate in SHEQ meetings.
