Job summary

Scotch Whisky’s Invergordon Distillery is seeking a Technical Asset Planner to coordinate engineering and maintenance across five distilleries and maturation sites. You will manage planning, scheduling, RAMS, permits and contractor work to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

The role covers short to long-term planning, shutdown support and cross-functional collaboration with production, HSE and site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering planning and maintenance coordination in manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of CMMS/EAM and work order management.
• Strong understanding of permit to work and contractor control.
• Familiar with RAMS and risk assessment documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering and maintenance work across all sites.
• Develop short, medium and long-term maintenance plans.
• Control and manage permit to work system.
• Ensure risk assessments, RAMS and documentation are in place.
• Support shutdowns and major maintenance windows.
• Coordinate contractor maintenance and ensure safe integration.
• Maintain CMMS/work orders and keep backlog visible.
• Lead planning meetings with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify improvements to planning discipline and efficiency.
