Job summary

Voyage Care are recruiting an experienced Registered Branch Manager for the Dorset area, based at the Christchurch branch with monthly service travel. Lead multiple supported living services and ensure safe, high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

Role emphasises strong leadership, quality assurance, compliance, and effective planning. Competitive package includes £38,000 per year plus £240 monthly car allowance, with DBS checks and references

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site supported living or domiciliary care services.
• Strong organisational skills and quality management mindset.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple supported living services and lead coordinators and field supervisors.
• Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance, safety and audit readiness.
• Maintain systems, documentation and action tracking.
• Conduct monthly managerial visits and support weekly field oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote person-centred care.
