Job summary

Voyage Care in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our Dorset supported living services. Based at the Christchurch branch, you will oversee six schemes across Dorset and travel monthly to support teams and Field Supervisors.

You will shape high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and strong operational planning through a proactive, values‑led leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site supported living or domiciliary care services.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on compliance and quality management.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working across branch, home and field environments.
• Effective communication with commissioners and external partners.
• Values-led leadership with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support a team of Coordinators and Field Supervisors.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safety and audit readiness.
• Maintain clear systems, documentation and action tracking.
• Complete monthly managerial visits and provide weekly field oversight.
• Maintain robust logs, trackers and quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote person-centred culture.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including care plans, assessments and staff supervision.
