Job summary

The Southfield Trust in Eastbourne is inviting applications for an experienced role focused on health & safety, grounds and facilities maintenance, and security across six school sites. You will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors, coordinating with site teams and external services as needed.

The post is a full-time, permanent appointment with 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, subject to a six-month probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in health & safety management across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage grounds and facilities maintenance.
• Experience with security responsibilities and access control.
