Job summary

The Southfield Trust in East Sussex is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance across our six sites. You will manage a dynamic team, ensure a safe environment for pupils and staff, and coordinate security.

A full UK driving licence is required, and the role offers a permanent contract with 37 hours per week. The position is based at Black Rock with a focus on safeguarding and creating welcoming spaces for children and visitors, with DBS checks

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to oversee grounds across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.
