Job summary

LUCA FALONI is seeking a hands-on Retail Coordinator to support the Corporate Retail team in ensuring our operating model is implemented efficiently across the store network in London and beyond. The role emphasizes discipline, clarity of procedures and strong ownership.

You will drive back-end support, coordinate process rollouts, and help deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences while upholding the brand's high standards.

Qualifications

• Solid, demonstrable experience in retail operations, retail coordination or a comparable head-office operational function.
• Experience supporting a multi-site retail operation and implementing standards across locations.
• Familiarity with retail procedures, SOPs and operating standards.
• Strong administrative and analytical capabilities with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Retail team in implementing the LUCA FALONI retail operating model across the store network.
• Coordinate rollout of new procedures, systems and ways of working.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and ensure changes are communicated.
• Ensure consistent execution with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Identify and address inefficiencies to improve execution and productivity.
• Provide hands-on operational support for store openings, launches, events and campaigns.
