As LUCA FALONI continues to grow its retail presence, our ability to scale with discipline while maintaining the highest standards of customer and employee experience is critical.

We are looking for a hands-on Retail Coordinator to support our Corporate Retail team in ensuring that the LUCA FALONI retail operating model is implemented efficiently, consistently and to the highest standards across our retail network.

The role will support the operational foundations that make this possible: clear procedures and protocols, efficient processes and systems, effective backend support, disciplined implementation and consistent execution across our stores.

Working as part of the Corporate Retail function, the Retail Coordinator will support the day-to-day effectiveness of our retail operations, coordinate the implementation of processes and initiatives, ensure rigorous follow-through and proactively identify and implement solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen execution.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail and initiative. It requires someone who understands the operational infrastructure behind a high-performing multi-site retail organisation and can contribute effectively from the outset.

The objective of this role is to ensure an exceptionally well-run retail organisation where our employees have the structure, tools and support to perform at their best, and our customers consistently experience LUCA FALONI at the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Operational excellence

• Support the Corporate Retail team in the effective implementation and ongoing management of the LUCA FALONI retail operating model across the store network.
• Execute the senior retail team member's instructuions to ensure operational infrastructure and backend support for our stores operates efficiently, consistently and to the standards expected of the brand.
• Support the development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of retail procedures, protocols, SOPs, guidelines and operating standards.
• Ensure processes, procedures and operational initiatives are implemented correctly and consistently, with appropriate controls and rigorous follow-through.
• Ensure stores have the systems, tools, information and operational support required to execute effectively.
• Support operational readiness across the retail network, ensuring requirements are anticipated and addressed in a structured and timely manner.

Process implementation & Continuous improvement

• Support the translation of Corporate Retail priorities and standards into clear and tangible deliveries.
• Coordinate the rollout of new procedures, protocols, systems and ways of working across the assigned retail network.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and ensure changes are communicated and implemented in a structured manner.
• Establish and maintain appropriate routines and follow-up mechanisms to ensure consistent execution and sustained adoption, rather than one-off implementation.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, gaps, duplication and unnecessary complexity and support the implementation of practical solutions.
• Look beyond individual operational issues to identify root causes and opportunities to improve the underlying process.

Customer & Employee experience

• Ensure that retail operations, processes and systems support our overarching objective of delivering the highest standards of experience for both our customers and our employees.
• Help create an operating environment in which retail teams have clear expectations, effective processes, reliable tools and strong operational support, enabling them to perform at their best.
• Support the consistent implementation of the LUCA FALONI customer journey and service standards across the retail network.
• Identify and remove operational friction that impacts service quality, employee effectiveness or the customer experience.
• Ensure that efficiency and structure enhance rather than compromise the quality, attention to detail and personal service expected from LUCA FALONI.
• Apply the principle that processes should enable excellent retail execution, not create unnecessary bureaucracy.

Corporate Retail Support & Coordination

• Provide hands-on operational support to the Corporate Retail team across priorities, projects and initiatives.
• Support the operational implementation of store openings, product launches, events, campaigns and other retail initiatives as required.
• Maintain clear visibility over actions, deadlines and dependencies, ensuring strong ownership and follow-through.
• Support retail reporting, operational analysis and other activities required to maintain effective oversight of the retail network.
• Ensure Corporate Retail decisions and priorities are translated into clear actions, structured implementation and consistent execution across the retail network.
• Anticipate operational requirements and proactively coordinate solutions before they impact execution, customers or employees.

We are looking for someone with solid, demonstrable experience in retail operations, retail coordination or a comparable operational function, ideally within a premium, luxury or multi-site retail environment.

The successful candidate will already understand the operational infrastructure behind a high-performing retail network and be comfortable taking responsibility for implementation, coordination and continuous improvement.

Experience & Background

You will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in a retail operations, retail coordination, store operations or comparable head-office operational role, with responsibilities extending beyond individual store sales and customer service.
• Experience supporting a multi-site retail operation and an understanding of the processes, controls and coordination required to achieve consistency across multiple locations.
• Practical experience working with retail procedures, SOPs, protocols and operating standards, including their implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience coordinating and implementing operational projects or initiatives across multiple stores or teams, with responsibility for actions, timelines and follow-through.
• A strong understanding of the operational systems and processes that sit behind a high-quality customer-facing retail environment.
• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and contributing to solutions that improve execution, consistency and productivity.
• Strong administrative and analytical capabilities, including confidence working with operational reporting, documentation, data and business systems.
• Experience working in an environment where high standards, accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of execution are expected.
