• Experience leading multi-site operations in hospitality, leisure, retail, or property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develops, establishes and executes the Company’s strategies and practices related to multi-family property management operations.
• Develops budgeting and reforecasting processes and monitors attainment of budgeted goals by analyzing financial statements.
• Forges strong relationships with stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver projects.
• Ensures properties meet performance goals through inspections and action plans.
• Reviews competitor data and collaborates on sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Defines procurement requirements for operating supplies and services.
• Leads, hires, and trains team members, managing performance per company policies.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives continuous improvement.
• Maintains property appearance and safety standards and communicates capital needs.
