Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Belfast. You will drive service delivery, client satisfaction and profitability while developing high-performing teams and maintaining compliance.

You will lead site managers, manage budgets and staffing, conduct quality audits, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated budget management experience and financial acumen.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; IT systems proficiency.
• Full, valid driving licence (required for multi-site travel).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisive decisions.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring contractual and SLA requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews; implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support site teams; foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and individual performance; provide coaching.
• Analyze budgets and control costs to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures; promote safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances; share learnings and improvements.
• Produce performance reports and KPIs; present at client review meetings.
