About Early Years Ltd. in Bristol/Somerset is seeking a Nursery Support Manager to lead multiple settings with practical, hands‑on leadership.

You’ll mentor Nursery Managers, champion EYFS standards and support high‑quality care and education across the group. You’ll work across sites, tackle challenges, drive occupancy and budgeting, help prepare for Ofsted inspections and lead recruitment and staff development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification and knowledge of EYFS/Ofsted requirements.
• Proven nursery management experience, ideally multi-site.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting, occupancy and cost control.
• Full UK driving licence with ability to travel between nurseries.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary leadership cover in nurseries to ensure smooth operation.
• Coach, mentor and develop Nursery Managers to build confidence and teams.
• Champion outstanding EYFS practice, safeguarding and Ofsted readiness.
• Support nurseries with Ofsted preparation, quality improvement and standards.
• Lead recruitment, staff development and create positive working environments.
• Contribute to occupancy growth and budget management across settings.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to share improvements and best practices.
• Be a supportive, empathetic presence for nursery teams and families.
