Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Support Manager to lead across Bristol and Somerset multi-site nurseries. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic growth, offering £45,000 per annum and a full-time, permanent contract.

You will coach nursery managers, ensure EYFS and Ofsted standards, manage occupancy and budgets, and travel between settings to support teams and families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum).
• Proven Nursery Management experience, ideally multi-site.
• Strong coaching/mentoring ability and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple nurseries, providing temporary management cover as needed.
• Mentor and develop Nursery Managers to build confident, high performing teams.
• Champion EYFS practice, safeguarding and Ofsted readiness across settings.
