Job summary

Early Years Academy in Bristol is seeking a Regional Nursery Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across the Bristol area. You will lead, mentor, and develop senior nursery leaders, ensuring high standards of childcare and compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare/early years qualification required.
• Significant nursery management or senior leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple nurseries is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support operational performance of multiple nurseries.
• Lead, mentor and develop Nursery Managers and senior teams.
• Maintain high standards of childcare and EYFS delivery.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding legislation.
• Monitor occupancy, staffing and operational standards.
• Support recruitment, staff development and retention.
• Conduct visits, quality assessments and reviews.
• Drive improvements and foster a positive leadership culture.
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents and stakeholders.
