Olympus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursery Support Manager to oversee multi-site nurseries and drive high standards of care and education. You will mentor Nursery Managers, support Ofsted readiness, and champion EYFS practices while managing occupancy and budgets across settings.

The role involves extensive on-site leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on problem solving to ensure successful outcomes for children, families and teams.

Formación

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years and solid EYFS knowledge.
• Proven multi-site nursery management experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and commercial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Step into nurseries when additional leadership is needed, providing temporary management cover and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Coach, mentor and develop Nursery Managers, helping them build confidence, strengthen their teams and achieve their potential.
• Champion outstanding Early Years practice, safeguarding and EYFS standards, ensuring children receive the very best care and education.
• Support nurseries with Ofsted preparation, quality improvement and maintaining excellent operational standards.
• Get involved in recruitment, staff development, succession planning and creating positive working environments where people want to stay.
• Bring your commercial head to the table, supporting occupancy growth, admissions, budgets and cost management.
• Work closely with regional leadership and central support teams to tackle challenges, share ideas and drive improvements.
• Be a reassuring, approachable presence for nursery teams and families, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
