Olympus Recruitment is seeking a proactive Nursery Support Manager to lead multiple settings. You’ll coach managers, oversee safeguarding and EYFS standards, and drive occupancy and quality improvements across the group.

With a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a strong leadership background, you’ll travel between nurseries, support inspections, and help develop teams. A UK driving licence and flexibility are essential.

Formación

• Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven Nursery Management experience, ideally multi-site.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets and occupancy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide temporary leadership cover in nurseries to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach and mentor Nursery Managers to build confidence and teams.
• Champion outstanding EYFS practice, safeguarding and Ofsted readiness.
• Support nurseries with Ofsted preparation, quality improvement and occupancy growth.
• Assist with recruitment, staff development and creating positive working environments.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and central teams to share ideas and drive improvements.
