Job summary

Fora is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to lead a team across multiple London workplaces, delivering high‑quality maintenance, strong visual standards and safety compliance while supporting a growing portfolio of spaces.

You will balance practical hands‑on maintenance with leadership duties, oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance, coordinate audits, and manage contractor work, ensuring responsive service and a safe, well‑run environment for members and

Qualifications

Experience supervising or managing maintenance teams.
Strong skills in general building fabric maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical works.
Confident using maintenance management systems and technology like FreshService.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple locations.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
Carrying out a mix of hands-on maintenance work and supervisory responsibilities.
Monitoring maintenance requests, SLAs and team performance through FreshService.
Conducting building audits to ensure high visual and operational standards.
Supporting maintenance projects, contractor management and rechargeable works.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
