Job summary

Fora Space Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to lead and develop a team across multiple Fora locations in London. The role blends practical maintenance delivery with people leadership, ensuring high visual, operational and safety standards across the portfolio.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, manage recruitment and training, and oversee audits, contractor management and health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing maintenance teams
• Strong skills in general building fabric maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical works
• Confident using maintenance management systems and technology
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional standards

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple locations
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
• Carrying out a mix of hands-on maintenance work and supervisory responsibilities
• Monitoring maintenance requests, SLAs and team performance through FreshService
• Conducting building audits to ensure high visual and operational standards
• Supporting maintenance projects, contractor management and rechargeable works
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
