Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to support the Assistant Contract Manager and lead the Engineering Team in delivering Hard FM services across 8 school sites in the region.

You will manage maintenance delivery, ensure compliance, supervise engineers and subcontractors, and drive KPIs while maintaining client relations and reporting. A minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in building maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.
• Experience driving performance to meet SLAs across sites.
• Multi-skilled engineering background with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Team in delivering Hard FM services across 8 school sites.
• Attend client/audit meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Produce monthly reports for SAM support and maintain CAFM data.
• Organise on-call rota and manage subcontractors to meet KPIs.
