Alexander Hotels Group is recruiting a Group Maintenance Assistant and Painter to support our onsite maintenance teams at five luxury hotels across the South of England. You will report to the Operations Director and liaise with General Managers on priority tasks.

The role covers general maintenance, painting, plumbing and electrical work, with travel between Guildford and Egham. Hours are 40 per week, 5 days out of 7, with weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment covering a wide range of general maintenance tasks.
• General maintenance experience ideally within a guest/customer environment.
• Priority areas of experience either plumbing or electrical.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks across general trades.
• Carry out pool plant procedures and maintenance.
• Carry out painting and decorating duties in rooms and common areas.
