Job summary

Creative Hospitality Group in South Wales is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support our General Managers and venue teams across multiple sites. The role is field-based, requiring substantial on-site time during evenings, weekends and peak periods to observe, coach and solve the right problems.

Reporting directly to the founder, you will translate strategy into operational action, provide clarity and accountability, and link central support with site needs.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality operating knowledge and experience leading multiple venues.
• Ability to observe, coach and challenge General Managers to solve the right problems.
• Proven track record in line-management and developing venue leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate company priorities into venue actions, measures and deadlines.
• Line-manage and develop General Managers across sites.
• Maintain first-hand operating knowledge through peak-time site visits.
• Develop SOPs, audits and routines to improve performance.
• Ensure cross-functional projects are implemented at venue level.
• Use data and technology to reduce admin and give managers more time with guests.
• Build durable management capability to reduce firefighting.
