Clarke Willmott LLP is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee safety, compliance and facilities governance across our network of offices. The role supports risk-based decision making and promotes a proactive safety culture.

You’ll develop policies, lead audits, and provide practical guidance to leaders and staff while travelling to offices across the UK to ensure consistent safety standards.

Qualificações

• Significant health and safety management experience, ideally within a multi-site corporate, professional services or legal environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, fire safety requirements, risk management and audit processes.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, compliance records and management reporting.
• Experience working with landlords, managing agents, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to analyse and report compliance data.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilities management, workplace services or corporate real estate experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the firm's Health & Safety Management System.
• Provide practical health and safety advice to leaders and employees.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, guidance and risk management frameworks.
• Manage fire safety arrangements, including Fire Risk Assessments and drills.
• Liaise with landlords, managing agents and regulatory authorities to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Track corrective actions through to completion and report on KPIs.
• Support statutory compliance programmes including fire systems and electrical testing.
• Provide health and safety expertise for office moves and workplace changes.
