Job summary

Irwin and Colton in London is seeking a Regional Health and Safety Manager to oversee health, safety and fire safety across multiple residential sites in London and the Southeast. You will work with site management to ensure compliance and protect residents and staff.

The role delivers the annual health and safety plan, conducts site inspections, risk assessments and audits, and develops policies with mitigations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate required.
• Experience in multi-site property/residential sectors desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual health and safety plan across multiple sites with ongoing compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement policies, risk assessments and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with operations and estates teams to embed a strong safety culture and deliver staff training.
