Job summary

Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions seeks an exceptional educational leader to join the Education Senior Leadership Team as Head of Colleges. You will oversee six specialist college sites across England and Wales, based in Lancaster with regular travel.

You will inspire College Principals, drive educational excellence, and shape a bold FE strategy focused on learner outcomes, progression, inclusion, and high performance across all campuses.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with extensive FE or multi-site experience.
• Proven record of improving outcomes and leading quality improvement.
• Experience navigating Ofsted inspections with credibility.
• Strong strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership for our college provision across sites.
• Quality assurance, self-assessment and improvement planning.
• Lead College Principals and senior leaders, building leadership capacity.
• Foster collaboration with employers, authorities, partners and regulators.
• Ensure clear progression pathways for learners and successful Ofsted readiness.
