Job summary

Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions seeks an exceptional educational leader to join the Education Senior Leadership Team as Head of Colleges, overseeing six specialist college sites across England and Wales. Based in Lancaster with regular travel, you will drive strategic direction and learner outcomes.

You will lead College Principals, shape an ambitious FE strategy, and ensure high-quality learning experiences while collaborating with the Executive Team to create clear progression pathways

Qualifications

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Significant senior leadership experience in FE or multi-site provision.
• Deep knowledge of Ofsted/Inspection Framework and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering an ambitious vision for our college provision across multiple sites.
• Lead College Principals and senior leaders to improve teaching, learning, and outcomes.
• Drive quality assurance, self-assessment, and improvement planning aligned to Ofsted expectations.
• Build collaboration, succession planning, and talent development across the college group.
• Represent the organisation with external partners and regulators.
