Key Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced senior education leader to head specialist education provision across multiple sites. You will drive quality, support senior leaders and improve learner outcomes, building pathways into adulthood, independence and employment.

The role requires strong senior leadership, stakeholder engagement and expertise in SEN. You will use data to raise achievement, attendance and progression while promoting inclusion and high standards.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior leadership experience in education.
• Experience across specialist education, further education or multi-site provision.
• Strong understanding of SEN or additional learning needs.
• Experience improving learner outcomes and leading quality improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
• SENCO, NPQH or an equivalent leadership qualification would be beneficial.

• Supporting Principals, Heads of Service and senior leaders.
• Driving quality improvement across teaching, learning and outcomes.
• Supporting inspection readiness and continuous improvement.

• Building strong relationships with local authorities, employers and external partners.
• Promoting a culture of inclusion, accountability and high standards.
