Job summary

Junior Adventures Group UK is seeking a passionate General Manager to oversee multiple Kent sites (Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Ashford) with essential car access for travel. You will lead a dynamic team, drive profitability and attendance, and develop partnerships with schools and parents while delivering engaging, safe activities aligned with our Whole of Child philosophy.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proactive, customer‑focused approach, with a structured induction

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for multi-site General Manager duties across Kent and travel to Sevenoaks, Maidstone and Ashford.
  • Drive club and cluster profit, revenue, and attendance while maintaining high service standards.
  • Lead and retain engaged teams, coach staff, and mentor through training initiatives.
  • Control costs including salaries, roster hours and other club expenses.
  • Develop relationships with schools, parents and local partners to grow the portfolio.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences consistent with the Whole of Child programming philosophy.

Must be a car driver (own transport essential) Extensive travel in the Kent area is required

Salary: £33,000K

You’ll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy.

As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
