Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is seeking an After School Club Supervisor in Hook, Hampshire. You’ll lead a small team and deliver fun, safe activities for children aged 4–11, including sports, arts, and games, every weekday after school.

Greet children, plan age-appropriate sessions, liaise with schools and parents, and ensure safeguarding. Term-time hours with holiday camp overtime are available; pay is £13.85–£15.10 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required; safeguarding and disclosure checks are part of the process.
• Experience leading children aged 4–11 is preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents, schools and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy, starting with games and activities.
• Lead after-school activities like arts, crafts, drama and multi-sports.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate sessions that are inclusive and fun.
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and play.
• Communicate confidently with parents, schools and central operations.
• Ensure health, safety and safeguarding procedures are followed.

Location:Buryfields, Odiham, Hook, Hampshire, RG29 1NE
Hours:2.55pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.
Pay:£13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
