Job summary

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) is recruiting an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to support the effective delivery of facilities services across a multi-site estate. Based at Monument Place & GAH, the role involves regular site visits (2–3 days per week) to ensure service standards and compliance are maintained across locations.

The role requires contract management experience in FM, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Contract management monitoring experience in facilities management across a multi-site estate.
• Experience in FM service delivery across multiple sites; ensure contract compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to sites across London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract delivery facilities services across multiple sites.
• Track KPIs and report compliance.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and review billing.
• Resolve service delivery challenges using lean management methods.
• Identify risks affecting service delivery and log them in the risk register.
• Track progress of service delivery actions and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct routine audits to monitor contractor performance.
• Support the Service Delivery Manager with digital record-keeping and PO/fault reporting.
