Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for the Band 7 Facilities Operations Manager to run facilities services at Seacroft, Chapel Allerton and Wharfedale. You will oversee Ward Housekeepers, porters, domestics, waste, linen, pest control, reception and patient catering across three sites, supported by 2 Assistant Facilities Managers and 8 Supervisors.

This is a true multi-service FM role. The role is full time, Monday to Friday 8-4 with on-call duties to maintain service

Qualifications

Experience managing other managers within an operational service environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Able to motivate and develop staff across diverse roles.
Proven capability to lead a multi-site facilities team.
Self-motivated with the ability to plan and prioritise.
Strong IT/numeracy skills and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

Manage facilities services across three peripheral sites (Seacroft, Chapel Allerton & Wharfedale).
Oversee Ward Housekeepers, porters, domestics, waste, linen, pest control, reception and patient catering.
Lead a team including 2 Assistant Facilities Managers and 8 Supervisors.
Support on-call rota and ensure service delivery outside core hours.
