Job summary

PURESEOUL • The Home of K-Beauty in London is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our multi-site retail estate. You will manage external contractors, ensure safety compliance, and keep accurate FM records.

The role requires strong project and budget management, plus proactive, data-driven problem solving. Core hours are Monday–Friday with some emergency coverage; enjoy a 20% staff discount, pension, 28 days leave, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities management for multi-site retail or similar environments.
Proven track record in vendor management and contract administration.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in retail settings.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead reactive and planned maintenance across the retail estate with timely resolution and documentation.
Source and manage contractors, ensuring quality and SLA adherence.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regs through inspections and records.
Oversee FM administration, reporting and audit-ready documents.
Conduct routine site inspections, identify risks and escalate issues.
Provide FM support for events and spaces, ensuring logistics readiness.
Monitor expenditures and support cost-efficiency planning with the Facilities Team.
Oversee stock levels of FM supplies and assets with timely replenishment.
