Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Greater Belfast is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support delivery of soft services across three client sites. The role focuses on leading teams, maintaining service standards and driving operational excellence in a busy multi-site environment.

You will manage cleaning, catering, security and related services, plus budget and planning duties, using CAFM and MS Office to keep records and reports up to date. UK driving is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple facilities or soft services operations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficiency with CAFM and MS Office for reporting.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
• Experience in healthcare, education or corporate environments.
• Experience with contract management and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple client sites.
• Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver service.
• Manage cleaning, catering, security and other soft services.
• Coordinate planned and reactive works with internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor KPIs, audits and compliance standards.
• Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage staffing levels and budget, including cost-saving initiatives.
• Utilise CAFM systems and MS Office to manage work orders and reports.
• Support budget management and labour planning.
