Job summary

FM Conway Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve electrical systems across our Aggregate and Asphalt plants. The role requires fault-finding across multiple sites with regular travel between Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon and Newhaven.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance with electrical regulations, and support major projects and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2330 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence; travel between sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform electrical installations to minimise downtime.
• Ensure work complies with electrical regulations and LOTOTO procedures.
• Maintain electrical compliance records and maintenance schedules.
• Support projects including equipment installations and commissioning.
• Travel between FM Conway sites and supervise contractors as needed.
