Job summary

Barsar Ltd is seeking a Multi-Site Dental Practice Manager to lead operations across four practices with travel between sites. Based across Sunningdale, Ascot, Reading and Notting Hill, you’ll drive performance, recruit and develop teams, ensure compliance and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will work closely with Directors and leadership to shape growth, streamline systems and maintain inspection readiness while maintaining high service standards across all practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in dental or healthcare.
• Natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the best from people.
• Organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Loves improving systems and driving results.
• Confident communication with patients and teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across our practices by working with the management team.
• Lead, motivate and develop Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.
• Keep practices running efficiently and profitably with high standards.
• Champion exceptional patient experiences and first-class service.
• Drive performance, improve systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruitment, training and developing future leaders.
• Oversee compliance and ensure inspection-readiness at all practices.
• Support marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.
• Travel between practices as required.
