Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions seeks a Supported Living Manager to oversee multiple services across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. The role focuses on maintaining high care standards, compliance and person-centered support, working across several locations and liaising with families and professionals.

You will lead Service Managers, drive quality improvements and ensure safeguarding compliance, with a strong emphasis on independence and dignity for people supported.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within supported living or adult social care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health or complex needs.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Experience overseeing multiple services or managing teams across locations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of multiple supported living services with high care standards.
• Provide leadership and support to Service Managers and teams across services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and legislation.
• Monitor service quality via audits, reviews and visits to locations.
• Develop person-centred care plans to promote independence and dignity.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training, performance and workforce development across the services.
• Collaborate with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
• Handle incidents, safeguarding concerns and complaints appropriately.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
