Olive Recruit is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead four Supported Living services across Reigate and Redhill. You will manage a team across sites, ensuring high standards of person‑centred care for adults with complex needs and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and a hands‑on approach to delivery. Driving licence is required, and Level 5 Leadership for Health & Social Care is expected or to be completed after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within Health and Social Care (Supported Living, Residential Care or similar).
• Ability to lead across multiple services and dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee four Supported Living services, ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team across sites to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements.
