Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support multiple sites in Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King’s Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Luton. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and liaise with the Contracts Manager to meet contract conditions.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor helpdesk work, and attend meetings with senior management and clients, providing reports as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services or facilities management.
• Apprenticeship or NVQ recognised qualification.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and repairs.
• Liaise with Contracts Manager to ensure contract conditions are met.
• Develop strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Monitor helpdesk jobs and ensure QA inspections are completed.
• Attend meetings with senior management and clients, complete reports.
