Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support multiple sites across Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King's Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Luton. You will be involved in preventive and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and delivering contractual requirements with strong client communication.

The role requires an apprenticeship or NVQ, knowledge of current legislation, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services or facilities management.
• Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ or equivalent.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs.
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
• Developing strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
• Attending meetings with senior management and clients, completing reports as required.
