Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to service gaming terminals across Greater London and surrounding areas. You’ll diagnose faults, perform repairs, and coordinate installations on customer sites, traveling as needed and building strong customer relationships.

We offer training, development in a dynamic, global tech environment, and a comprehensive benefits package. A UK driving licence is required and a willingness to travel within a rolling 5-out-of-7 pattern is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals across customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations to the highest standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear updates and operational guidance.
• Accurately record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback.
• Travel across your designated region, managing your daily schedule effectively.
