Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in production line operations within a technical environment (mechanical, ideally plastics or textiles).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise production teams across multiple shifts, ensuring alignment with expectations and customer requirements.
• Manage the development and performance of team members in compliance with legal requirements and FPM values.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage daily manufacturing activities for multiple shifts in alignment with production standards, customer specifications, and performance objectives.
