Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to manage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring top quality and consistency of food. You will plan, prepare, cook and present dishes to the high standards required by the company and client, while guiding the team and supervising recruitment.

You will control stock, manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive training to develop talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a demanding kitchen at the relevant level.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or higher.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth and efficient kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
• Organise planning, preparation, cooking and presentation to required standards.
• Ensure supplies are issued, used and accounted for via stock takes and rotation.
• Set objectives and oversee day-to-day kitchen running and recruitment.
• Assess staff performance and identify training needs.
