Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, QA or regulatory roles.
• Ability to structure and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a six-person team including one Team Lead and five specialists.
• Scope new markets and support commercial teams while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Act as liaison between Casino Operations, QA and Commercial teams.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and deployment in regulated markets.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage incident investigations.
