Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a permanent, on-site role in Chandlers Ford. You will own end-to-end B2B credit control across multiple entities, manage debt collection, and support cash flow improvements within a collaborative finance team.

You will review ledgers, allocate payments, perform reconciliations and produce debtor reports, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proactive and confident communicator capable of building B2B relationships and managing debt collection discussions.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple debtor ledgers and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, solutions-focused with strong Excel skills and ability to report variances clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B credit control across multiple entities and debtor ledgers.
• Proactively reduce aged debt through active debt collection and regular balance reviews.
• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances and produce accurate debtor reports.
