one2one Recruitment is seeking an experienced Credit Controller in the United Kingdom. The role is hybrid with 1 day per week from home and flexible hours. You will monitor B2B debts, drive timely collections and report on aged debt, while supporting month-end processes.

You will work closely with Sales Ledger, build relationships with key customers, and resolve disputes with accuracy and professionalism. Previous 3+ years in credit control and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Competenze

• At least 3 years' B2B credit control experience.
• Proven experience of reducing debt.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• IT literate with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage outstanding customer balances and ensure payments are collected to agreed terms.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices using various methods.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Liaise with other departments to confirm pricing, orders and billing details.
• Prepare aged debtor reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end credit control reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity.
