Centric Talent is recruiting for a Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5 Tonne) in Waltham Abbey on a permanent, full-time basis. Salary £33,800 with a performance bonus up to £300 monthly, and potential earnings up to £37,400 per year. The role guarantees 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work and immediate starts available.

You will load, deliver 10–30 stops daily, and maintain vehicle safety and customer service standards. Training and progression opportunities are included.

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• At least 6 months’ commercial experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no DD/DR/CD/IN/TT endorsements.
• Good knowledge of London and surrounding motorway network.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
• Willingness to carry out regular manual handling.

Responsabilidades

Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5 Tonne) – £33,800 + £3,600 Performance Bonus

Location: Waltham Abbey

Salary: £33,800 per annum + performance bonus of up to £300 per month

The Role

As a Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Completing between 10 and 30 scheduled deliveries per day to retailers and merchants
• Driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle safely and professionally
• Loading your vehicle before departure
• Loading and unloading products, including regular manual handling
• Obtaining proof of delivery using photographs and relevant paperwork
• Carrying out daily pre- and post-vehicle safety checks
• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of your vehicle
• Refuelling vehicles when required
• Reporting any vehicle defects or accidents
• Assisting with unloading vehicles at the end of your shift
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery

About You

We’re looking for professional, reliable drivers who take pride in their work. You will need:

• A full UK Driving Licence
• At least 6 months’ commercial experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle
• Luton van driving experience preferred
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD, DR, CD, IN or TT endorsements
• Good knowledge of London and the surrounding motorway network
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A good understanding of Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
• A willingness to carry out regular manual handling as part of the role
