Job summary

Centric Talent is hiring a Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5 Tonne) in Waltham Abbey. This permanent, full-time role offers a £33,800 base salary plus a performance bonus up to £300 per month, with potential earnings up to £37,400 per year.

Qualifications

• A full UK Driving Licence.
• At least 6 months' commercial experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle.
• Luton van driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DD, DR, CD, IN or TT endorsements.
• Good knowledge of London and surrounding motorway network.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A good understanding of Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
• Willingness to carry out regular manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10–30 scheduled deliveries per day to retailers/merchants.
• Drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle safely and professionally.
• Load your vehicle before departure.
• Load and unload products with regular manual handling.
• Obtain proof of delivery using photos and paperwork.
• Carry out daily pre- and post-vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and condition.
• Refuel vehicles when required.
• Report any vehicle defects or accidents.
• Assist with unloading at end of shift.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.

Centric Talent is recruiting Multi-Drop Van Drivers to join our client's busy distribution operation in Waltham Abbey. Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, delivering to retailers and merchants across the UK.

The Role

• Completing between 10 and 30 scheduled deliveries per day to retailers and merchants
• Driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle safely and professionally
• Loading your vehicle before departure

About You

We're looking for professional, reliable drivers who take pride in their work.

You will need:
