Job summary

C&C Group Plc is offering a full-time Multi Drop Class 2 Driver role within the Matthew Clark team. You will deliver orders to customer premises with a Driver's Mate, ensuring on-time, safe deliveries within a regional radius from the depot.

The role requires at least 3 years of driving experience, with 12 months in Class 2, and valid HGV and CPC licences. Occasional weekend work during peak periods may apply.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the local road network and driving routes.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with at least 12 months Class 2 driving.
• Must hold a valid HGV licence and CPC licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vehicle inspection checks.
• Ensure customer orders are secured and packaged correctly before departure.
• Liaise with Driver’s mate to download running sheet and orders.
• Inform customers of delays or issues with orders.
• Assist with unloading orders at customer premises.
• Collect empty kegs/pallets and store them correctly at depot/yard.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Complete paperwork and EPOD/admin tasks; liaise with Transport Management about vehicle issues.
• Ensure compliance with Tachograph legislation.
