Job summary

C&C Group Plc, delivering across the Matthew Clark brands, is seeking a Multi Drop Class 2 Driver to join its team on a full-time basis. You will deliver orders to customer premises with a Driver’s mate, ensuring on-time and in-full service while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care.

The role requires 3+ years driving experience, a valid HGV and CPC licence, and strong communication skills. Weekend work may arise during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV driving licence and CPC licence.
• Over three years driving experience, including at least 12 months of Class 2 driving.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Multi-drop experience preferred but flexibility to handle various delivery scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vehicle inspection checks.
• Secure orders for delivery and liaise with Driver’s mate for running sheet.
• Inform customers of delays or stock issues and assist with unloading at customer premises.
• Ensure compliance with Tachograph legislation and complete paperwork/EPOD tasks.
