Job summary

Matthew Clark Bibendum (MCB) is seeking a Multi Drop Class 2 Driver to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You, with a Driver's Mate, will deliver orders to customer premises within a local radius, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery with courteous service.

You will perform vehicle checks, load and secure orders, and communicate any delays. A valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC, with 3+ years driving experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of driving experience.
• Valid HGV Class 2 licence with CPC.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vehicle inspection checks.
• Ensure orders are secured and packaged for delivery.
• Liaise with Driver’s mate to review running sheet and orders.
• Inform customers of delays, shortages or issues.
• Assist with unloading orders at customer premises.
• Collect empty kegs/pallets and return to depot.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete paperwork/EPOD tasks and liaise with Transport Management on issues.
• Comply with Tachograph legislation.
