Job summary

4way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire and Security Engineer for their team in Birmingham. The role involves servicing, installing and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV, with door-to-door travel and no call-out rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience installing and servicing electronic security systems.
• Experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control.
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).
• Must be eligible for enhanced security screening.
• Fluent in German (Preference but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and reactive maintenance on fire alarms, intruder alarm systems, access control systems and CCTV equipment.
• Perform installation of fire alarms, intruder alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV equipment.
• Complete all work in accordance with current legislation and relevant British Standards.
• Respond to and manage customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
