Job summary

Pure Padel UK is building the country's leading network of padel clubs, with 10 clubs open and plans for 10 more by 2027. The Marketing Executive will execute a hands-on plan across all clubs, writing, filming, editing, and posting weekly content while driving local campaigns.

You’ll work with the Head of Brand & Content and report to the Head of Marketing. Expect regular travel to clubs, with ownership of channels and a fast-paced, sales-driven calendar.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a hands-on marketing role (agency or in-house).
• CRM experience and building email campaigns in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar, with demonstrable results.
• Can shoot and edit short-form video (CapCut or similar) and knows what works on TikTok.
• Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and Canva for quick edits and to brief designers.
• Forward-thinking and AI-savvy: you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Canva AI in your work.
• You are a confident writer who can adapt tone for newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn posts and captions.
• You can turn briefs into live campaigns quickly and manage budget with discipline.
• You are genuinely organised, juggling multiple clubs and deadlines without dropping tasks.
• Numerate and comfortable with spreadsheets; able to interpret reports.
• You have a sharp eye for brand consistency and take initiative in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the club's social and content output: filming, editing, posting across channels.
• Build and send weekly club newsletters and estate-wide emails to drive bookings and revenue.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand & Content; brief designers and ensure on-brand assets.
• Develop or improve marketing automations and CRM journeys; measure outcomes.
• Track campaign spend, produce monthly marketing reports, and keep calendars up to date.
